We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Leader – Planning & Procurement for capital equipment to join our team.

As a logistics leader, you will play a pivotal role in the procurement process, Subcontractor management and Planning.  ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of materials and equipment, including Import, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, and manage deliveries to achieve company cost reduction.


  • Purchasing materials and equipment including Import and Drop shipping processes
  • Follow-up on orders, expedites and payments approval
  • Turnkey Subcontractor
  • Companies inventory
  • Issues RFQs, analyses proposals, negotiate prices and delivery terms
  • Source new suppliers and new alternatives
  • Analyze Bills of Materials
  • Achieve company cost reduction
  • Monitoring materials in production to ensure timely availability
  • Work with the R&D team, ability to read technical drawings, ensuring precise procurement based on engineering requirements
  • Collaboration with engineering, reviews and ensures action om ECOs and RMAs
  • Identify and implement improvements in quality, delivery, and pricing from suppliers


  • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and Logistics in Capital equipment company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems – Priority is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Integrity, efficiency, and punctuality are must
  • Highly self-motivated, self-learning and team player
