The new Tritone® Dim system extends the availability for manufacturing industrial throughput on demand metal parts

14 Nov 2021, Rosh Haayin, Israel. Tritone Technologies, a pioneer in metal additive manufacturing, today announced the introduction of the Tritone® Dim, a mid-range metal AM platform. Powered by Tritone’s patented MoldJet® technology, Dim addresses the needs of consumer goods and consumer electronics manufacturers, service bureaus, R&D and educational departments to create end-use metal parts.

The MoldJet® technology facilitates the shift from prototyping to industrial production with uncompromised quality and the freedom to use a powder-free, wide variety of metal and ceramic parts with fine details and high surface quality.

In the past two years high profile leading brands have adopted Tritone’s MoldJet® technology to transition from traditional to digital manufacturing. Key advantages of the MoldJet® technology includes reduced lead time by up to 80%, no geometric constrains, reduced number of parts needed, and the ability to produce repeatable on-demand end-use parts, eliminating the need to keep big inventories – all in the high demanding industrial standards.

“Our propriety technology is a game changer in the AM industry. Tritone’s solution can facilitate any shape, design and complexity for fast go-to-market industrial production,” says Omer Sagi, VP Products and Business Development at Tritone. “After the initial success of our Dominant system we are proud to expand our market reach with the Dim system. The market is ready to shift gear from prototyping to production of high-quality metal parts, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this emerging revolution”.

Tritone® will reveal and showcase the Tritone® Dim together with the Tritone® Dominant systems and exciting new materials at the FORMNEXT trade show in Frankfurt, November 16-19. Visitors to Tritone’s stand E81 (HALL 12.0) will be able to see our technology in action and get a close look at the different types of materials and design that can be manufactured.
