Which materials are available for parts I order?
You can visit our Materials page to explore all currently released materials. Our portfolio includes stainless steels, tool steels, copper alloys, titanium alloys, and more, with additional materials continuously being developed through our open materials platform.
How does Tritone formulate new paste?
Tritone works closely with customers to develop a paste formulation tailored to their specific material and application requirements. Our materials team optimizes the powder composition, binder system, and paste formulation, followed by testing and validation using coupons and application-specific benchmarks to achieve the required material properties and density.
Can we supply our own proprietary metal powder?
Yes. Many of our customers bring their own proprietary powders, and Tritone works with them to develop and optimize a MoldJet paste formulation while maintaining the material’s required properties and performance.
