Alpha Precision Group (APG) Now Offering Tritone MoldJet Technology for Industrial Additive Manufacturing of Metal Parts in North America

Rosh Ha’ayin (Israel) – October 19, 2022 – Tritone Technologies, a global provider of metal and ceramic additive manufacturing (AM) technology for industrial production, announced today that Alpha Precision Group (APG), a Nicholas Portland US based company is now offering industrial production on their Tritone Dominant system from its Ridgway PA facility.

Tritone Technologies has recently successfully completed the installation of a Tritone Dominant system at Alpha Precision Group (APG), Ridgway, PA. APG is a leading provider of highly engineered powder metal, metal injection molding (MIM) and additive manufacturing components serving a diverse customer base with a range of high-performance applications.

Tritone Dominant system on APG grounds

The Dominant system is based on Tritone’s MoldJet technology, a “powder-free” innovative additive manufacturing (AM) system that enables industrial production of high-quality metal and ceramic parts at an industrial speed. Built for producing large quantity of high-density parts with complex geometries and a variety of metal and ceramic materials, the technology enables parallel manufacturing of parts of various sizes, shapes, and applications. With this technology it’s easy to choose between a variety of metal and ceramic materials, the speed and simplicity of the switchover between materials.
