Stainless Steels

15-5PH

15-5 stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening alloy known for its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good mechanical properties.
15-5 PH is widely used in the aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, food processing, paper, and general metalworking industries. It provides high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to about 315°C and good toughness. 15-5 PH is designed to be hardened by heat treatment (solution treatment and aging), and the final hardness is determined by the solution treatment temperature.

17-4PH

17-4 PH is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel widely used for Aerospace parts, Chemical processing equipment, Food industry equipment, Pulp and paper industry components, General metalworking and tool manufacturing.
17-4 PH can be heat treated to high levels of strength and hardness, and features corrosion resistance and machinability.
Tritone 17-4 PH shows great strength without loss of toughness, with the built-in advantages of the MoldJet technology.

316L

316L is one of the most common austenitic stainless-steel grades, vastly used in chemical and petrochemical industry, food processing, pharmaceutical equipment, medical devices, wastewater treatment, marine applications, fashion, jewelry and many other applications. Its composition, alloyed with chromium (between 16–18%), nickel (10–12%) and molybdenum (2–3%) allow for high creep stress to rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures and down to Cryogenic temperatures.
