Inconel 718

Inconel 718 is a nickel-based super alloy that is well suited for applications requiring high strength in temperature ranges from cryogenic up to 760°C, typical applications include jet engines and gas turbines. Inconel 718 also exhibits excellent tensile and impact strength, increased by age hardening heat treatment, with good resistance to oxidation and corrosion at temperatures in its application range.
