FAQs

• Which materials are available for parts I order?

  The list of metal alloys is available here. You can choose from any of these materials. We are absolutely flexible.

• What if my parts nee post processing? Does Tritone also do that?

  Tritone can offer post processing services, depending on industry and application. You will have a chance to discuss this in person with one of our representatives before you get a quotation.

• Which quantities can Tritone manufacture for me?

  Tritone is all about mass production at industrial quality. This is why we are equipped to deal with high-volume projects. Any number of parts between a few pieces and a few 100,000 pieces, is doable with our technology so our services will most probably be able to undertake your project.

• How fast can I get my parts?

  Tritone is doing the maximum to respond swiftly to customers requests. Our network of local manufacturers is flexbile/ First items can be delivered to you as fast as 3 weeks. Most larger series take 6-12 weeks to deliver.

• How big can my parts be?

  Part size recommendation is between several millimeters and up to about the size of a tennis ball. Larger parts are possible too, but with less competitive prices.

• What if I don’t yet have a finalized model?

  At this stage, Tritone does not offer CAD services, so that means you are going to have to submit a final CAD model if you want if manufactured.

• What about confidentiality? Is my data safe?

  Tritone take the maximum can to protect your data. All personnel handling data are committed to confidentiality. We are following the highest data security standards to make sure your data is safe. By the end of the project we remove your data from our systems, so there is no risk of any data leakage.

• How can I know whether your technology can produce the parts I want?

  Tritone is one of the most flexible and capable manufacturing technologies out there. Like every manufacturing method, we do have our limitations, but we challenge you to try us and find out. We make sure to notify our customers whenever we detect poor fit between parts and our manufacturing method, so as to make sure you will not waste any time or money in vain.
